All of our candles are hand poured in small batches to ensure top-notch quality every time. Weight may vary.
CANDLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. When burning for the 1st time, burn for at least 1hr to ensure that the wax pool reaches the jar edge.
2. Trim wick to 1/4” for cotton wicks and ½” for wooden wicks before burning each time.
3. Burn candle no more than 4hrs at a time.
4. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
5. Keep away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, children, and pets.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Currently, we are unable to accept returns. However, we will always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If an item is damaged, please send photos and notify us right away. We will use these photos to submit an insurance claim with USPS.
